Did He Slip Something in my Drink?
I'd been looking forward to Saturday night all week. My friend Jenny's parents were out of town, and she and her brother, Dave, were having some people over. One of Dave's best friends, Jason, was going to be there and I thought he was so fine. He was a few years ahead of me in school, and I'd had a crush on him forever. I was really looking forward to hanging out with him and getting to know him better.
When I got over to Jenny's, my heart was pounding. Jason was already there, along with about 8 other kids, some I knew, some I didn't. I felt kinda shy, so I drank a beer to relax. Pretty soon, Jason came over and started talking to me. Turns out, he was really easy to talk to and we had so much in common so we talked for like an hour. He said he was going to the kitchen for a beer and asked me if I wanted one, and I said yes. He suggested I come with him and that we go up to Dave's room to listen to some tunes and continue our talk.
When we got upstairs, Jason put on one of my favorite songs, and we started dancing and fooling around. Pretty soon we were making out and it felt really great at first. But then I started to feel really sick and I think I threw up, which is weird because I'd only had a couple of sips of my second beer. The rest of the night is a blur. I woke up and was in bed with Jason and neither one of us had any clothes on. I couldn't believe it was Sunday morning and my first thought was that my parents were going to freak. I got dressed and ran home. I told my parents I'd had a lot to drink and passed out, but I didn't tell them about Jason and what happened.
For a while, I felt like what happened was my fault. Then after talking with some friends, I realized that Jason must have put something in my drink, and what he did to me was not cool. I would never agreed to have sex with him that quick, but he took that choice away from me.
